The Opportunity
Our client is a highly regarded boutique professional services firm seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support its Founder & Director.
This is a true right-hand role within a fast-paced, close-knit business where you’ll become integral to the day-to-day operations. Supporting a sophisticated portfolio of clients, you’ll work across traditional executive support while also taking ownership of a range of practice administration and compliance responsibilities.

The Responsibility
As the Executive Assistant to the Founder & Director, your responsibilities will include:
- Comprehensive inbox, diary and travel management
- Coordinating meetings, appointments and client engagements
- Liaising professionally with high-net-worth clients and key stakeholders
- Managing ASIC compliance, including company registrations, trusts and SMSF administration
- Liaising with the ATO, ASIC and other regulatory bodies on behalf of clients
- Assisting with billing, debtors, supplier invoices and weekly payment processing
- Preparing correspondence, reports, presentations and client documentation
- Maintaining the firm’s CRM and client records
- Coordinating team events, staff training and marketing communications
- Providing administrative support across the wider business, including reception relief where required
The Expertise
The successful candidate will have 5+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, Team Assistant or Personal Assistant, ideally within an accounting, professional services or financial services environment.
Previous hands-on experience working with ASIC and ATO processes is essential. This includes company registrations, corporate compliance, trusts, SMSFs and related practice administration responsibilities.
You’ll bring exceptional communication skills, a mature and proactive approach, outstanding organisational ability and the confidence to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced boutique environment. Advanced MS Office Suite skills, meticulous attention to detail, and experience with systems such as Xero or NowInfinity will be highly regarded.
