The Opportunity
   
We are partnering with a highly regarded private investment office to recruit a Receptionist into a varied and hands-on role supporting the day-to-day operations of a professional corporate environment.
   
Acting as the face of the firm, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the office operates seamlessly while delivering a polished experience for visitors, clients and stakeholders.

This position offers far more than traditional reception duties, combining front-of-house responsibilities with office administration, facilities coordination, document management and operational support.

The Role
   
Working closely with the Operations Manager and broader business, you’ll provide support across a wide range of administrative and workplace functions.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing reception and acting as the first point of contact for visitors and stakeholder
  • Handling calls, emails and office correspondence
  • Coordinating meetings, travel, catering and visitor arrangements
  • Maintaining company records, filing systems and document management processes
  • Supporting office operations, facilities and workplace presentation
  • Liaising with vendors, contractors and external service providers
  • Assisting with onboarding, office administration and operational support
  • Supporting governance, compliance and day-to-day business operations

The Expertise
   
To be successful in this role, you will bring experience from a corporate or professional services environment where stakeholder engagement and attention to detail are paramount.
   
You will have:

  • Experience in Corporate Reception or Office Administration
  • Exposure to a professional services, financial services, legal, consulting or private office environment
  • Strong organisational and administrative capabilities
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and high level of professionalism
  • Confidence interacting with senior executives, clients and external stakeholders
