The Opportunity

Our client, located in inner South Sydney, is one of Australia’s most recognisable and cherished companies. We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to two senior Executives. This organisation has demonstrated remarkable resilience, leveraging market conditions to drive innovation and operational excellence.
The Executives are widely regarded as approachable, communicative, and empathetic leaders with a genuine and energetic disposition. In this pivotal role, you will work in a 1:2 capacity, managing a diverse range of responsibilities, including travel coordination, event planning, email and diary management, and much more—all while collaborating with a supportive and high-performing team.

The Responsibility 

Your core duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Comprehensive diary and schedule management;
  • Managing inboxes, emails, and correspondence with discretion;
  • Coordinating complex travel arrangements;
  • Preparing presentations, reports, and briefing materials;
  • Organising business events, conferences, and executive functions;
  • Managing invoices, expenses, and approvals;
  • Acting as a trusted liaison and primary point of contact for the Executives.

The Expertise

To thrive in this role, you will be an articulate, professional, and proactive Executive Assistant with a proven track record in supporting senior executives within fast-paced, high-performance environments. Your ability to manage multiple priorities with grace, while fostering relationships across all levels of the business, will be essential. Key attributes include:
