As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be at the centre of this activity, working closely with a highly respected leader and supporting them in driving the firm’s continued growth and success in Australia.
The Responsibility
This is a true right-hand EA role requiring gravitas, professionalism, and the ability to stay one step ahead at all times. Your responsibilities will include:
- Complex diary management – navigating multiple, often conflicting priorities with foresight and precision.
- Domestic and international travel coordination.
- Expense management and reconciliation.
- High-level liaison with senior stakeholders and clients.
- Support with meetings, briefings, and preparation of key documents.
- Event management for client entertainment and internal events.
The Expertise
The successful candidate will bring:
- 10+ years’ experience as an EA supporting C-Suite Executives, ideally within investment banking, financial services, or professional services.
- Confidence and gravitas, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach, with excellent judgement and the ability to anticipate needs.
- Strong interpersonal skills, high EQ, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organisational skills, time management, and proficiency across MS Office Suite.
