The Responsibility
Supporting a Senior Leader, with responsibilities including:
- Oversee calendar scheduling, coordinating meetings with internal and external stakeholders;
- Monitor emails ensuring timely responses, proactively flagging, prioritising or actioning;
- Arrange extensive domestic and international travel, including itinerary preparation;
- Manage expenses, invoices and budgets;
- Prepare, proofread, and manage key reports, presentations, and business documents;
- Schedule and coordinate internal meetings for the Leadership Team;
- Attend meetings, compile and distribute key actions, and follow up as required;
- Prioritise tasks and deadlines to enhance workflow efficiency and align with strategic goals and;
- Manage projects by coordinating timelines, resources, and stakeholders to ensure successful completion.
The Expertise
To be successful in this role, you will have;
- 5+ years of experience as an EA supporting senior business leaders in fast-paced, global environments;
- Strong organisational and time-management skills to handle complex scheduling and travel coordination;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant tools (e.g. OneNote, expense management systems);
- A proactive approach with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently;
- Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic, high-pressure setting;
- Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with senior executives, EAs, and cross-functional teams;
- A high level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information and;
- Exceptional communication skills—clear, concise, and confident in representing the Director across all levels of the organisation.
