The Opportunity 

We’ve partnered with a global investment leader to appoint an Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to two Managing Directors. This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of a dynamic and fast-paced financial services environment, supporting senior executives across private markets.
In this newly created, pivotal role, you will deliver proactive and confidential support across a wide range of administrative and coordination duties. You’ll need to be highly organised, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure, with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to anticipate the needs of the executives you support.

The Responsibility

This role will require you to master the following:

  • Full inbox and calendar management, including meeting coordination and conference call scheduling;
  • Organise complex domestic and international travel, including approvals, flights, hotels, visas, and ground transport;
  • Prepare and format business documents including reports, presentations, agendas, and correspondence;
  • Submit and manage expense claims and reimbursements;
  • Provide general administrative assistance including scanning, printing, and binding;
  • Liaise with internal teams and departments to ensure seamless execution of business priorities;
  • Provide hands-on assistance with internal events, initiatives, and office activities;
  • Undertake occasional ad hoc assignments as required by the local leadership team.

The Expertise

We’re seeking an Executive Assistant with approx. 8 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within corporate or financial services environments. You’ll be a confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, highly dependable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance setting. Flexibility, discretion and professionalism are key, along with strong Microsoft Office proficiency.
