Front of House / Office Coordinator | Global Business | $35-$45 + super

The Opportunity 

Our client, a global engineering and professional services leader, is seeking a Front of House/Office Coordinator to join their high-performing team, based in the stunning Brisbane CBD office. In this pivotal role, you’ll be the face of the business, delivering an exceptional front-of-house and workplace experience to clients, colleagues, and visitors alike, while supporting the Workplace Manager and wider team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

This is a temp contract starting ASAP through to the end of 2025, with a strong likelihood of extending into 2026!

The Responsibility
 

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing reception duties, meeting room setups, and AV/tech support.
  • Coordinating access passes, mail, couriers, and office supplies.
  • Maintaining a tidy, safe, and professional office environment.
  • Assisting with new starter onboarding and staff inductions.
  • Supporting internal events and liaising with contractors and building management.
  • Ensuring compliance with WHS/SHEQ standards and procedures.
  • Assisting with procurement, budgeting, and expense tracking.
  • Coordinating pooled vehicle use and ensuring compliance with servicing and documentation.

The Expertise

To thrive in this role, you will bring over three years of experience in facilities coordination, property administration, or front-of-house support within a corporate or large-scale environment. You’ll demonstrate strong proficiency across Microsoft Office programs  coupled with excellent communication skills, a polished professional presentation, and a proactive, service-oriented mindset. Highly organised and adaptable, you’re confident managing multiple priorities, supporting both day-to-day operations and larger team initiatives. Most importantly, you’ll be approachable, reliable, and passionate about creating an exceptional workplace experience.
