The Responsibility
 
As the first point of contact, you’ll manage key tasks including:

  • Welcoming and engaging clients and visitors with a friendly and professional manner;
  • Managing phone calls and emails with precision and clarity;
  • Maintain the smooth running of day-to-day office operations, including ordering office supplies and managing deliveries, mail, and couriers;
  • Organising, planning and executing client events and team social events; 
  • Assisting with ad hoc admin tasks, to ensure the team is supported in their busy day.

The Expertise

The ideal candidate will be polished, professional, and approachable, with a minimum of 6–12 months of experience in a similar role. Previous front desk exposure (even at a junior level) is essential, along with strong verbal and written communication skills. We’re seeking someone who is proactive, a genuine team player, and confident in building rapport. You’ll be switched on, courteous, and adaptable, with a track record of showing initiative and self-motivation. Basic MS Office skills are required.
