The Opportunity
Our client, a global healthcare leader, is seeking a driven and adaptable Junior Executive Assistant to support a key senior executive across the APAC region. This is a fantastic role for someone early in their career looking to step into a busy, varied position that blends administration, event coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
The previous incumbent has been promoted internally, so this is a high-priority hire with genuine career progression potential. You’ll be joining a supportive, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same and where talent and a positive attitude are truly valued.
The Responsibility
In this dynamic and varied position, you’ll play a key role in supporting the team and keeping operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Diary, travel, and expense management for a senior regional leader
- Coordination of internal and external events- up to 25 annually-including logistics and vendor liaison
- Managing contracts, supplier payments, and system updates
- Assisting with calendar planning and forward-booking of key meetings and events
- Supporting onboarding, team communication tools, and administrative tasks
- Contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team culture
The Expertise
We’re looking for a natural organiser who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys being at the heart of the action. You’ll likely have experience in admin, events, or team coordination, and be confident juggling multiple priorities with energy and composure. You’re a strong communicator who can build relationships easily, stay calm under pressure, and work well both independently and in a team. A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a genuine enthusiasm for learning and growing in your role will set you apart. Experience in large or global organisations; especially those with a fast-moving, events-heavy culture will be highly regarded.
