Assistant Sydney is partnering with a boutique commercial finance brokerage to find an enthusiastic and self-motivated professional to join their small team. On offer is an incredibly exciting opportunity to upskill and take that next step in your career.
Supporting the Founder of the business, you will also provide wholistic support to the office when needed. As a key member of the company, you will be self-motivated, have a great can-do attitude, and be dedicated to assist in expanding the business.
The Responsibility
As the Junior Executive Assistant, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to;
- Calendar and inbox management;
- Communication and correspondence with clients, lenders and vendors;
- Travel, meeting and event Coordination;
- Project support and execution;
- Settlement and deal support;
- Social media marketing support.
The Expertise
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years experience in a similar role. You will be a highly organised individual who will be confident in managing daily tasks for the Director/Founder of the business. You will be eager to learn all aspects of the business with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
