Junior Part-Time Receptionist | Temporary Opportunity | $25 – 27ph + super

  • In office Monday – Friday, 1pm – 5pm at $25 – 27per hour + super!

The Opportunity   

An exciting opportunity is available for a junior receptionist to manage the front desk of a highly regarded financial services organisation in the heart of Sydney CBD. Based in gorgeous offices overlooking the city with water views, you will oversee directing first impressions and ensuring that all visitors and employees are treated with 5-star service, whilst working in a welcoming, warm, and professional work environment.  
  
On offer is a part-time role; the hours will be 1pm – 5pm, with working hours completed in the office, Monday to Friday. You will need to have capacity to work full days when required.

The Responsibility

Acting as the first point of contact for clients and guests, your daily duties will include:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors, acting as the warm and welcoming face of the business;
  • Answering incoming phone calls and emails;
  • Coordinating meetings and booking them into the appropriate rooms;
  • Ensuring the space is always presentable!

The Expertise

You will have a minimum 6-12 months of corporate Reception/Concierge experience, along with a background in customer service or hospitality. You will be warm, friendly, and bubbly in nature, and have a welcoming presence with a lovely phone and in-person manner. Being motivated and having a strong work ethic is essential, as well as being well-presented in a corporate office.
