This is a rare Legal Assistant role, designed to suit someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced legal environment and wants to make meaningful contributions beyond the traditional support function. You’ll be valued as a key part of the team – and rewarded accordingly.
  
The Responsibility

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Diary, meeting and travel management for Partners and fee earners
  • Liaising with clients, barristers, courts and third parties
  • Drafting, editing and formatting legal documents and correspondence
  • Preparing and managing briefs, court documents and discovery material
  • Handling monthly billing and matter management via Aderant
  • Maintaining accurate and organised digital files and workflow processes
  • Actively contributing to team deadlines, improvements and onboarding

The Expertise

This position supports senior leaders in a team where collaboration is key and precision matters. It’s ideal for someone who brings initiative, enjoys variety, and is confident with systems – especially Aderant Expert. We will be looking to find;

  • Prior experience as a Legal Assistant in a fast-paced, professional firm
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office; Aderant Expert experience will be highly regarded
  • A structured, detail-focused approach to administrative work
  • Strong sense of accountability and team contribution
  • Ability to juggle multiple deadlines with calm efficiency and positivity
