The Opportunity

Our client is an ASX-listed industry leader with billions under management and stunning CBD offices. They offer a people-first culture, genuine development opportunities, and a workplace unlike any other.

An exciting 12-month opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Coordinator to support the Chief Marketing Officer and the dynamic team. You’ll provide high-level administrative and team support while contributing ideas to key marketing projects.

The Responsibility
 
Within this high performing team, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Support team with diary management, meeting coordination, recurring meetings, and Marketing team events.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives and customer engagement campaigns.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements in line with company travel policy.
  • Prepare documents, reports, and submissions with high accuracy and presentation standards.
  • Support monthly reporting (e.g. training reports).
  • Reconcile monthly corporate expenses and process invoices.
  • Manage mail, couriers, and general admin.
  • Help team members navigate company systems and processes.

The Expertise

The ideal candidate will be polished, proactive, and adaptable, with experience supporting multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisation, attention to detail, and confidence managing competing priorities are key. You’ll communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, work both autonomously and collaboratively, and take ownership of tasks. Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills are essential, and exposure to corporate environments is preferred. A customer-focused attitude, integrity, and flexibility will ensure success in this role. Marketing experience and/or studies are highly regarded.
