Opportunity

We are partnering with a global leader in smart energy to recruit a Receptionist for their vibrant Brisbane CBD office.

As the welcoming face of the organisation, you’ll create an exceptional first impression for all visitors and play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly day to day. Working closely with the Facilities Manager and a collaborative team, you’ll gain exposure to a dynamic corporate environment and develop valuable skills for your long-term career.

This is an ongoing contract role commencing 10 November, with strong potential for permanency for the right person.

The Responsibility

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing reception and greeting visitors with warmth and professionalism
  • Coordinating meeting rooms, including bookings, tech setup, and internal events
  • Assisting with calls, mail, couriers, and office supplies
  • Supporting new starter onboarding and induction activities
  • Liaising with contractors and building management
  • Maintaining a tidy, welcoming, and safe workspace
  • Providing administrative support to Facilities, IT, and Security teams

The Expertise

You may be early in your career, with 1–3 years of experience in reception, administration, or office coordination within a professional environment. You’re someone who loves helping others, has strong communication skills, and takes pride in presenting yourself and your workplace with polish.
You’re organised, reliable, and confident using technology, including Microsoft Office — and you enjoy being part of a team that values collaboration and continuous improvement.

Please note: only candidates with permanent working rights can be considered, as this business is looking to invest in someone for the long term. Unfortunately, Working Holiday Visa holders cannot be considered.
