The Responsibility
- Responsibilities for the role include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism;
- Managing incoming calls, appointment bookings, and general enquiries;
- Processing patient forms, payments, and correspondence accurately;
- Supporting clinical staff with day-to-day administrative needs;
- Maintaining tidy and well-prepared consulting and reception areas;
- Assisting with patient flow and scheduling throughout the day; and
- Providing general administrative support to the Practice Manager and wider team.
The Expertise
The ideal candidate will bring 1+ years’ experience in reception or customer service, ideally within a medical or healthcare environment. You’ll be confident speaking with patients and professionals alike, demonstrating excellent communication skills, empathy, and attention to detail.
