The Opportunity

We’re seeking a proactive Facilities & Office Administrator to support the smooth running of the Parramatta office and assist the Maintenance Manager with coordinating maintenance and minor works projects.

The Responsibility
  
Your daily role will include a mix of office administration and facilities support, such as:

  • Liaising closely with the Maintenance Manager to schedule and update clients on maintenance progress
  • Receiving and logging maintenance requests from clients
  • Greeting clients, suppliers, and contractors with a friendly welcome
  • Managing phone calls and courier bookings
  • Maintaining office consumables and coordinating social events
  • Supporting all staff with day-to-day office needs

The Expertise
  
We’re looking for an adaptable and proactive Office and Facilities Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Ideally, you’ll have 3-5 years’ experience working in a facilities capacity, have the ability to multitask and work under pressure. You will also have strong communication skills, and the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
