Known for excellence and innovation, this growing business is now seeking an Office Assistant to support the team and ensure seamless day-to-day operations. The Responsibility
  
Your day-to-day will include a mix of finance administration, office coordination, and team support, such as:

  • Assisting with accounts processing, payroll support, and cashflow tracking
  • Maintaining accurate records of expenses, invoices, and receipts
  • Monitoring the accounts inbox and liaising with the bookkeeper as required
  • Coordinating travel, accommodation, and meeting room bookings
  • Supporting onboarding of new staff, arranging welcome packs and desk setups
  • Organising team events and acting as the go-to for ad-hoc requests
  • Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and building management for office needs
  • Assisting with marketing support, including website updates and social media coordination

The Expertise
  
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and wants to grow with a supportive team. Ideally you will have:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in office administration, finance, or business support
  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency using MS Office suite; experience with Xero a plus
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly, professional approach
  • A proactive mindset, you take initiative, solve problems, and keep things moving
