Office Coordinator | Luxury Real Estate Group | $70k-$85k + super

The Opportunity

We’re partnering with a leading luxury real estate and lifestyle brand in the heart of the Sydney CBD. This is an exciting chance for a polished and proactive Office Coordinator to join a multilingual, high-performing team representing some of Sydney’s most exclusive residences. Sitting front-of-house, you’ll be the first impression for a sophisticated, international client base and play a key role in delivering a seamless, elevated experience. As the team often works across global markets, the ability to communicate in Mandarin would be highly valued, though not essential.

The Responsibility

In this fast-paced, client-focused role, you will:

  • Manage reception and welcome high-end clientele
  • Prepare and oversee meeting rooms and client spaces
  • Coordinate day-to-day office operations
  • Order luxury marketing collateral and property brochures
  • Support agents with listings, updates, and property communications
  • Handle time-sensitive administrative tasks
  • Liaise with the broader team to maintain smooth workflow
  • Monitor occasional after-hours updates via WeChat or WhatsApp

The Expertise

You’ll bring a minimum of two years’ administration experience and ideally exposure to luxury real estate, premium hospitality, high-end retail, or events. You’re well-presented, articulate, confident with diverse clientele, and tech-savvy. A calm, grounded, and solutions-focused approach is essential, along with strong communication skills and genuine service orientation. Experience working in culturally diverse environments will also be an advantage.
