In this exciting role, you’ll play a key part in supporting a dynamic, close-knit team by creating and driving marketing campaigns, coordinating office operations, and managing social media platforms to strengthen the company’s online presence. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations, including managing property files, maintaining documentation, processing expenses, and providing general office support;
  • Collaborate on developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital platforms, email, social media, and traditional channels;
  • Manage and grow social media presence by creating, scheduling, and posting engaging content for clients and prospects;
  • Track and analyse marketing performance, preparing reports for management insights;
  • Serve as a key contact for clients and potential clients, offering exceptional service and communication;
  • Assist with property showings, auctions, and related activities;
  • Monitor property vacancies and occupancy rates, contributing to strategies for lease renewals and new tenant recruitment.

The Expertise

Experience in real estate (commercial or residential) is essential for success in this role. Ideally, you will have 1-3 years of experience in a similar administrative or coordinator role with exposure to marketing and social media management. This position is perfect for someone who is versatile and comfortable working across various aspects of the business. We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, with a creative flair to drive marketing initiatives effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite is essential, and a strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) is highly valued. Our client is seeking a motivated individual who is eager to take ownership of the role, work independently, and bring a positive, can-do attitude to the team.
