The Opportunity
A commercial real estate agency is on the market for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support their close-knit diverse team in both real estate, marketing, and office support functions. Our client is driven by excellence, with a combined 25 years of market experience in the industry, and a transacted portfolio of close to $1 billion. Located in the beautiful Lower North Shore, the office is easily accessible by public transport, along with with easy parking, and surrounded by cafes. Key Responsibility
- Support with day-to-day operations such as managing property files, maintaining documentation, filing expenses, ad hoc office support duties;
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, email marketing, social media, and traditional advertising;
- Help manage social media accounts by creating, scheduling, and posting content to engage current and potential clients;
- Assist in monitoring marketing performance metrics and compiling reports for management review;
- Serve as a point of contact for clients and prospective clients;
- Assist with property showings/auctions;
- Keep track of property vacancies and occupancy rates, helping to develop strategies for lease renewals and new tenant acquisition.
The Expertise
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a similar administrative/coordinator focused role, along with marketing exposure. Experience within real estate (be it commercial or residential) is highly sought after, otherwise exposure to a sales focused industry. This role will suit someone who is a jack of all trades, and who is confident in their ability to move seamlessly in and out of differing areas of business. You will be highly organised with a creative flare that will allow you to effectively drive marketing initiatives. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite is essential, as is an understanding of social media tools (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok). Ultimately, our client is seeking the right fit, who is motivated to take ownership of the role, maintaining professionalism and autonomy over their work. A can-do attitude and flexible mindset are a must!
