The Opportunity   

Our client is a prominent ASX-listed REIT and property group recognised for owning, managing, and developing high-quality real estate assets, ranging from office to industrial and retail industries, across Australia. An opportunity for a P&C Coordinator has become available for a process driven, detailed orientated and energetic self-starter looking to get their foot in the door at one of Australia’s top businesses, in a permanent full-time capacity. We’re seeking candidates with a minimum of 12 months corporate experience, with a bubbly and personable disposition who will fit well in this tight-knit, high performing team. The Responsibility

In this role your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: 

  • Delivering exceptional service across all stages of the employment life cycle
  • Support with on-boarding and off-boarding of employees
  • Generating new contractual agreements and changes to employee arrangements
  • Assisting with background checks, service awards, reporting, and other administrative tasks as necessary
  • Ensuring all administration processes and systems are kept up to date
  • Supporting the team in actioning queries around policies and procedures, as well as other P&C enquiries
  • Other duties may include expense management, report development and training administration 

The Expertise

The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, driven, detail orientated, and mature in their approach to work, with at least 12 months of experience within a corporate setting. Your willingness to learn the business from the ground up will get you far in this firm, with opportunities to develop and spend your career with this one organisation! You must be switched on, confident and polite. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are imperative. We are looking for someone who demonstrates initiative, is self-motivated, can work independently and as part of a team, and has MS Office Suite skills.
