The Opportunity
We are partnering with a leading full-service commercial law firm to appoint a Personal Assistant to support their high-performing Corporate & Commercial team. The Responsibility
In this role, you’ll be a key support to the Corporate & Commercial team, ensuring the seamless delivery of administrative, client, and matter-related support. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, travel coordination and diary support
- Preparing, formatting, and amending legal documents and client presentations
- Managing client files and maintaining electronic records
- Supporting billing processes including timesheets, invoicing, and e-billing systems like Aderant
- Preparing expense claims and reports
- Handling internal and external communications on behalf of the team
- General administrative tasks such as printing, filing, archiving, and streamlining processes
The Expertise
The successful candidate will bring a minimum of 5 years of experience within the Legal Secretary, Personal Assistant or Administrative Support space ideally within legal or professional services. Ideally you will be familiar, if not strong, in iManage and Aderant, and will have a strong understanding of legal billing. The successful candidate will have a strong interpersonal skills, be organised, proactive, discreet and keen to collaborate with the team.
