The Opportunity
Our client is a well-established, corporate business known for their forward-thinking approach and putting their clients first! Based in Sydney’s CBD, they are seeking a receptionist to join their warm and welcoming team, as soon as possible. Crucial to the role is a pro-active and versatile individual who will be hands on in any and every situation! The Responsibility
Responsibilities for the Receptionist role include, but are not limited to;
- Meeting and greeting all visitors and clients in a welcoming manner;
- Answering, screening, and directing incoming calls;
- Managing the maintenance, and upkeep of the front office/reception area;
- Managing visitor and temporary access passes;
- Creating, proofing, editing, and formatting documents;
- Ensuring client meeting rooms are set up and
- Assisting with general ad- hoc duties
The Expertise
The successful candidate will bring a minimum of 1-2 years experience either from a corporate setting or perhaps looking to transition from hospitality into the professional services sector. You will be a friendly, welcoming, and confident individual who enjoys learning new skills, providing 5-star service to visitors/employees, and who is looking to build their career in a supportive environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are paramount, coupled with an intermediate knowledge of the MS Office suite. Naturally well presented and proactive, this role will suit someone looking for a Monday – Friday permanent full time role.
