The Opportunity
Our client is a prominent ASX-listed REIT and property group recognised for owning, managing, and developing high-quality real estate assets, ranging from office to industrial and retail industries, across Australia. The business also has a strong commitment to sustainability and is focused on reducing its environmental footprint by incorporating energy efficiency, waste management and biodiversity measures into its projects. An opportunity for a Team Assistant has become available for an ambitious self-starter to join on a full-time permanent basis and support the Industrials Team Senior Leaders by providing administrative support and working closely with the Executive Assistant. This opportunity is suited to a bubbly and proactive experienced assistant who enjoyed working in a busy, fast-paced and close-knit corporate environment.
The Responsibility
As the Team Assistant you will be responsible for:
- Extensive diary and calendar management for multiple executives;
- Coordination of travel;
- Processing of expenses, coordinating meeting rooms, catering, and AV requirements;
- Coordinating agendas for meetings and taking minutes;
- Monitoring onboarding of New Starters ensuring correct compliance training has been sent and completed;
- General data entry and analysis;
- Preparing team meeting agendas and preparing the minutes.
The Expertise
To be considered for this position, you will ideally possess a minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Team/Personal/Executive Assistant. A background in commercial property / real estate is incredibly advantageous. You will have a flexible approach to work and excellent communication skills both written and verbal; a natural people-person with fantastic energy, and a “can-do” attitude will see you succeed in this role, along with a detail-orientated approach, with pride in yourself for impeccable stakeholder management.
