Receptionist/Facilities Coordinator | Up to $56/hr package

The Opportunity

Our client is a reputable global property services firm leading the charge in engaging, dynamic workplaces. Conveniently located in North Sydney, an opportunity has become available for an experienced and proactive Receptionist/Facilities Administration expert.

If you’re looking to work in a thriving global organisation, this opportunity is not to be missed! This role is dynamic and fast-paced and as such our client is looking for someone who can join the business in a contract role and jump straight into this exciting opportunity. 

This is an ongoing temp contract to start ASAP and likely to extend into 2026. You must have full-working rights in Australia i.e. Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or New Zealand Citizen in order to be considered, as they role could be made permanent down the track. 

The Responsibility

As a Receptionist/Facilities Administrator, your duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • The oversight of organising, running and completing projects in an end-to-end capacity;
  • Fostering a strong sense of customer service including; welcoming visitors authentically and timely, providing hospitable experiences for employees and guests;
  • Maintaining site operations; handling internal & external calls, managing stationery, and ensuring up-to-date visitor information;
  • Facilities coordination including managing contractors, vendors, and ensuring the office facilities are running smoothly;
  • Assist in the coordination and preparation of events, workplace initiatives and resource use, and;
  • Manage the invoicing and raising PO’s;
  • Ad hoc duties as required.

The Expertise

The successful candidate for this position will have experience within a facilities coordinator role. We are seeking those with demonstrated project or facilities coordination experience and a proactive nature. You will hold yourself to a very high standard across the board, be it customer service, communication, your attention to detail or professional presentation. You are reliable, resilient and a problem-solver at your core, but you also enjoy organisational and autonomous tasks too.
