As the friendly face of the business, you’ll create a warm first impression for visitors and help ensure the smooth daily running of the office. Working closely with the Facilities Manager and a supportive corporate team, you’ll gain exposure to a dynamic environment and develop valuable skills for your long-term career.

This is an ongoing contract role commencing 10 November, with strong potential for permanency for the right person.

The Responsibility

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing reception and greeting visitors with warmth and professionalism
  • Coordinating meeting rooms, including bookings, tech setup, and internal events
  • Assisting with calls, mail, couriers, and office supplies
  • Supporting onboarding and induction activities for new starters
  • Liaising with contractors and building management
  • Maintaining a tidy, welcoming, and safe workplace
  • Providing administrative support to Facilities, IT, and Security teams

The Expertise

You may be at the early stages of your career, with 1–3 years of experience in reception, administration, or office coordination within a professional environment. You bring strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and take pride in presenting yourself and your workplace with polish.

You’re reliable, organised, and confident with Microsoft Office, and you enjoy being part of a team that values collaboration and high-quality service.
Please note: only candidates with permanent working rights can be considered, as this business is looking to invest in someone for the long term. Unfortunately, Working Holiday Visa holders cannot be considered.
