As a Team Assistant you will play a pivotal role in supporting executives and contributing to a high-performance, collaborative work culture. The Responsibilities
Key responsibilities in this role include:
- Arrange travel bookings, manage diaries, coordinate day-to-day activities, organise meetings, and catering as required
- Support monthly corporate card reconciliations, invoice approvals, and personal expense reimbursements
- Assist with general administrative activities such as document management, scanning, printing, report compilation, and mail distribution
- Prepare team meeting agendas, minutes, and coordinate follow-up actions
- Assist with onboarding new starters, liaising with IT for equipment setup and induction
- Organise team events and conferences, including logistics, catering, and materials preparation
- Provide overflow and ad hoc support to the Executive Assistant as needed.
