The Opportunity

We are currently partnering with a highly regarded global investment management firm to appoint a Team Assistant within their Sydney office.

Supporting a dynamic and successful client-facing team, this role will see you become the operational backbone of a busy group responsible for managing key client and stakeholder relationships across Australia and New Zealand.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Team Assistant or Administration Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys juggling multiple priorities, and takes pride in being the person that keeps everything running smoothly.

The Responsibilities

Working closely with senior leaders and the broader team, responsibilities will include:

  • Complex diary and calendar management
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel
  • Expense management and reconciliation
  • Preparing presentations, reports and client-facing materials
  • CRM administration and reporting
  • Coordinating internal meetings, offsites and roadshows
  • Assisting with client events and team functions
  • Supporting onboarding, team logistics and administration
  • Liaising with stakeholders across multiple business units
  • General operational and administrative support to ensure the team operates efficiently

The Expertise

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience in a Team Assistant, Executive Assistant or Business Support role
  • Experience supporting senior stakeholders within a corporate environment
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, professional and solutions-focused approach

Most importantly, you will be someone who enjoys being the go-to support person, takes ownership of your work and loves building strong relationships across a business.
