The Opportunity   

Our client is a leading Global Investment Management and Research firm that is highly regarded within the industry. The company is excited to have a Team Assistant/Office Assistant join them and assist with their various projects. You will be rewarded for your efforts with an attractive remuneration package, annual bonus, and healthcare benefits if applicable.
  
Our well-established client is conveniently located in the heart of the CBD in a modern, newly renovated building. You will be part of a collaborative environment in the Administration team, with a large focus on supporting two Senior Executives and the wider team. This will see you assist with administrative support, dedicated client services responsibilities, ad hoc tasks along with general assistant duties including diary management and coordinating travel arrangements.

The Responsibility
  
Reporting into the Executive Assistant, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to;

  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks, including formatting documents, running monthly reports, printing and binding materials for client meetings etc;
  • Take ownership of internal events, including internal meeting coordination;
  • Work closely with the Facilities and IT teams when issues arise;
  • Assist with meeting coordination including scheduling, room bookings/set up and audio-visual logistics;
  • Assisting and updating PowerPoint presentations for client meetings and coordinating the review of such materials with the relevant compliance team;
  • Coordinate travel arrangements both domestic and international;
  • Expense reconciliation.

The Expertise
  
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in a corporate Team Assistant role. You will be a highly motivated team player with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. You will be highly organised with a proactive can-do attitude. As part of the interview process you will be expected to undergo testing on your technical ability.
