The Opportunity

Assistant Sydney is currently partnering with a leading global workplace management organisation to recruit Workplace & Corporate Support professionals across Macquarie Park and Ryde.

We are seeking individuals with strong customer service experience across front of house, administration, events coordination, facilities or office support. These roles sit within close-knit teams in fast-paced, premium corporate environments across professional services, technology, property, construction and creative industries.

With both short-term cover and longer-term contract opportunities available, this is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to leading organisations while building valuable corporate experience and networks.
 
The Responsibility
 
Responsibilities across these opportunities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, clients and employees
  • Managing meeting rooms, bookings and general workplace requests
  • Coordinating day-to-day office and facilities operations
  • Supporting internal events, meetings and workplace activations
  • Managing mailroom, courier and logistics services
  • Liaising with vendors, contractors and building management teams
  • Maintaining presentation of shared and client-facing spaces
  • Delivering exceptional customer service in a corporate environment

The Expertise

The successful candidates will have experience in reception, workplace coordination, facilities, hospitality, customer service or office support roles. You will present professionally, communicate confidently and thrive in dynamic, team-based environments.

Strong organisation, adaptability and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential, with transferable skills from hospitality, retail or other customer-facing roles also highly valued.
