Our client’s brand truly speaks for itself – being an Australian ASX-listed business that is an industry leader within their sector, with billions of dollars under management. Work 5 days a week in their stunning CBD based office that boasts harbour views; the culture of the firm, and this particular team, is fun and dynamic. 

An opportunity for an Administration Assistant has become available purely due to demand and growth. With an immediate start, you will hit the ground running in this fast-paced 7-month fixed term contract – an opportunity to learn and develop within this impressive global business. It is well suited to someone who thrives under pressure with an incredibly high attention to detail. If you have Reception, Admin, Data Entry, or Records Management experience, and wanting to work for a fantastic employer of choice in Australia – we want to hear from you! 

The Responsibility

As the Administration Assistant, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining a high level of accuracy with data entry of information into electronic records management systems
  • Ensuring the documents and file titles are accurate and inline with the business’ guidelines
  • Prioritising work and meeting deadlines, including the capacity to work independently and as part of a cooperative team, in a high volume work environment
  • Opening and registration of incoming mail, identifying corresponding emails in Zendesk and marking them to the appropriate Knowledge Management team member for workflow across all sectors
  • Scanning of executed documents
  • Assisting team members with Safekeeping and document workflows
  • Other ad hoc duties as required.

The Expertise
  
The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of experience in administration within a corporate environment. You will be excited by the prospect of joining a business that offers second-to-none perks, and a great culture. Attention to detail and working under pressure are must-haves, along with a great attitude and ‘no task too big or small’ mentality. Exposure to information management systems are highly regarded but not essential.
