The Opportunity

Our client, a boutique global consulting firm, renowned for its innovative service offerings, is seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant to support two senior leaders. This is a unique opportunity to become part of a highly connected network of professionals across global and local offices.

The Responsibility

As Executive Assistant you will be required to provide comprehensive administrative support. Your daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinating and organising meetings with key stakeholders;
  • Managing extensive travel coordination and logistics;
  • Preparing correspondence and daily preparation packs, proposals and pitch style documents;
  • Managing all email communication and responding on behalf of the your leaders when necessary;
  • Building high level relationships with stakeholders;
  • Extensive diary management and time prioritisation;
  • Capturing information on behalf of your leaders and managing priorities tightly;
  • Projects focus with various ad hoc tasks like research, collation of information and execution of tasks to deliver to timeframes and;
  • Supporting with preparation and execution of events.

The Expertise

We are seeking a highly organised professional who excels at anticipating the needs of senior leaders. The successful candidate will possess 5+ years experience as an Executive Assistant in similar fast paced corporate environments, namely consulting, financial or professional services. A proactive mindset and ability to stay two steps ahead and manage priorities effectively is a must, you will thrive in high volume and fast paced settings. Lastly, exceptional communication skills complemented by highly developed interpersonal skills.
