The Opportunity
Assistant Sydney is collaborating with a multi-billion-dollar digital company that specialises in technology services, predominantly servicing the B2B market. Operating on a global scale, this company services all industry types, from finance, retail, and government, allowing them access into a digital world. An opportunity has become available for an Office Coordinator to oversee multiple sites across Melbourne, ensuring the facilities are well maintained. We are looking for a full-time, permanent person to join the close-knit team Monday to Friday in office.

Providing support to 4 offices in Melbourne, you will be required to regularly travel between locations. Each site providing secure, onsite parking. The Responsibility
Your key responsibilities in this role will consist of but not limited to:
- Coordinate consistent office management functions in line with national standards;
- Consistently coordinate daily operational procurement requirements across assigned locations;
- General office support such as managing supplies and storage areas, catering orders, courier bookings, and coordinating team events on occasion;
- Managing positive business relationships with key vendors and staff across locations, proactively resolving or escalating facility related issues;
- Effectively manage and track spend across key budget areas;
- Consider and initiate opportunities for process improvement;
- Maintenance of office common areas and equipment.
The Expertise
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in either an office coordinator, facilities coordinator/administration role, ideally within a global, multi-site business. Experience in purchase ordering, use of COUPA system, data centre or IT experience is advantageous but not essential. Advanced experience with MS Office Suite is essential. We are seeking an inherently organised and detail-oriented individual who also thrives working with people! You are a communicator at heart who wants to learn new skills, and is self-motivated with a positive, can do attitude.
