The Opportunity
Committed to responsible investment, our client is an ASX listed firm with strong ties globally; well-known for their supportive and open-minded business culture. As the firm continues to build it’s investment portfolio, they seek to have a new Team Assistant join them on a contract basis, with a high likelihood of being extended or being made permanent for the right candidate!
This role is designed for a focused and proactive individual, who will enjoy partnering with 20 high performing team members. The Responsibility
The responsibilities of this role will vary, however focus predominantly on:
- Diary management and travel co-ordination;
- Expense management for the team;
- Updating presentations and reports;
- Recording meeting notes;
- Maintaining strong relationships across the team and developing relationships with the broader team and stakeholders;
- Assisting with telephone queries and liaising with clients;
- Management of the CRM database and maintaining all client data;
- Working with the broader Executive Support team on any other ad hoc related administrative requirements for the Sydney Head Office.
The Expertise
To be considered for this position you will ideally possess at least 2 years’ worth of corporate Team/Personal/Executive Assistant experience, in a professional and corporate (ideally financial services) environment. In disposition, you will be flexible, helpful and enthusiastic with a “can do” attitude. Finally, you will be polished and confident, with the ability to build relationships with anyone, and everyone!
